Two POI’s Sought in the Murder of Cynthia Langrall

On December 21, at about 5:45 AM, shots were heard in the area of 7300 W. Donald Avenue in Glendale, Arizona. Only seconds earlier, a resident’s surveillance camera captured the image of a car passing through the area. A shocked neighbor found the body of a woman who would later be identified as 57-year-old Cynthia Ann Powell –a woman who regularly jogged in the area. Langrall was found lying in the street. She was taken to John C. Lincoln Hospital in critical condition. She did not survive. Langrall had been shot in the head. She was the wife of Charles Weber, of Glendale.

Zachary Snyder’s To-Do List: 1. “Kill Mrs. Dee”

Four years ago, Cecil & Doris Babcock, of Dunnellon, Florida, decided to help a young man in need. At the time, 15-year-old Zachary Snyder was on the verge of being put into foster care. Snyder met Doris Babcock while he was staying at a mental health hospital where she worked. The Babcocks took Snyder into their home. Snyder even took to calling 66-year-old Doris Babcock, “Grandma.” He also referred to her as “Mrs. Dee.” It looked as if Zachary Snyder and the Babcock’s were as good as family. However, those loving family ties were just an illusion.

Jody Rilee-Wilson: Autopsy Inconclusive

The Oklahoma State Medical Examiner failed to find Jody Rilee-Wilson’s cause of death. However, it has been determined that someone dragged her to the area where her body was found after she had died. There were abrasions to her back and hand, and a leg contusion. Someone had to have dragged her at least 35 feet from a logging road into the woods.

Patrick Tracy Burris Was Gaffney Serial Killer

Patrick Tracy Burris, of Reidsville, North Carolina, was a habitual felon –a career criminal. With multiple sentences of larceny, forgery, blackmail, robbery, and other charges, Burris had been incarcerated and placed on parole. He had absconded, proving that he didn’t deserve to have been set free in the first place. A lifetime criminal was walking around on the streets. And then, his crimes escalated. But what motivated to kill five innocent people in South Carolina?
