CSN Net Clean-UP: Max W. Thomas Jr.
Max W. Thomas Jr. was convicted of sexual battery in September of this year. He is a level three sex offender whose crime was classified as “aggravated.” Thomas received a 5-year suspended sentence. He lives in Ryan, Oklahoma. I am aware of concerned citizens in Thomas’s neighborhood who worry about such an offender living in their midst. You see, since Thomas lived there before his crime, authorities say he can reside at the same place -even if it is only a block from the school. Regardless, you still have the right to know. Thomas, on the other hand, has no right to be on Facebook.
