CSN Smackdown: 3 Montana Malefactors
Our true crime blogging pal over at The Dead Kids of MySpace has went on a round-up. Today's criminal corral includes three registered sex offenders that will soon find their MySpace grazing has come to an end. So, saddle up and ride along as we tell you why they've been branded sex offenders and who they are (at least for the time being) on MySpace. This here's a thing we like to call "CSN Smackdown."
CSN Smackdown: Tonya Marie Stalwick
Tonya's a single mom raising a small child. Tonya's also a big marijuana fan. She belongs to quite a few "420" websites, where she is usually known as "Rockinitbarefoot." 420 is a subculture term for potheads. On Tonya's MySpace, she shows photos taken during a roadtrip with her friend. Her infant son came along for the ride, too. The photos show one of the women smoking something that doesn't quite look like a Camel or Marlboro.
On August 27, 2002 Tonya Marie Stalwick of Butte, Montana was sentenced to 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct –qualifying her for entry on the Montana Sexual or Violent Offender Registry.
So, we're going to notify MySpace and Facebook about her status as a registered sex offender. We would like to see her profiles removed from these sites. As far as the social pothead sites or dating websites, I'm not going to bother notifying them. You can if you want. My largest concern is the mainstream social networking sites that are used by the majority of social networkers.

CSN Smackdown: William Kirk McElroy
Bill McElroy is another Montana pothead, at least that's what one would gather from viewing his MySpace photos.
McElroy is also a pervert. William Kirk McElroy of Missoula, Montana was sentenced in June of 2008 for attempted lewdness with a child younger than 14 years of age.
We would like very much to see his MySpace page removed.
CSN Smackdown: Justin Michael Brown
What do we know about Justin Michael Brown?

We do know more about Justin than his MySpace profile reveals. We know that in June of 2009 Justin was sentenced for sexual intercourse without consent. (Isn't that called "rape?")
Justin Michael Brown of Billings, Montana (aka ghetto_playa666) has a MySpace profile that we would like to see removed.
That's it for this CSN Smackdown post. But, you can bet there will be more. Sex offenders who don't belong on social networking sites keep setting up profiles. Until this is stopped, we hope you will help us keep them off.
