Chuck Margretta’s Bad Cell Phone Connection
Police were investigating 25-year-old Chuck Margretta for drugs when they seized his cell phone for evidence. On that cell phone, police found illicit photos of a young girl, whom they were able to identify. Investigators learned that Margretta had sexual contact with the 15-year-old girl during a period between May 22, 2009, and January 7 of this year.
Charles "Chuck" Margretta of Locust Lake Village was charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, corruption of minors, sexual abuse of children and unlawful contact with a minor. He was unable to post his bail of $10,000 at that time.
Margretta's preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 4
