A warrant was issued yesterday for Curtis Grant Dorton of 3rd Battalion, 11th Marines Regiment of Twentynine Palms, California. Dorton is a nineteen-year-old white male. He is being charged with first degree rape in relation to his involvement with sex parties where a twelve-year-old girl was exploited by Amy Rivera, a woman she had been staying with. Rivera also had sex with the child, a classmate of her son’s. Rivera had sex with several Marines while her husband was stationed in Iraq. She also brought the child along so several Marines could have sex with a sixth-grader. Someone finally contacted police when a soldier at a pool party on base was seen being way too intimate with a little girl.
Earlier, I posted about the arrest of another Fort Sill soldier, and Amy Rivera. Logan Bryon Combs was charged with first degree rape. Amy Marie Rivera was charged with procuring a child for lewdness or other indecent acts.

The girl is reportedly missing and has been since the beginning of the week, according to the Lawton Constitution. More information on this as it becomes available. Wherever she is, may she be safe.
CrimeShadows News has learned the identity of the little girl’s parents, but their names will not be revealed on this site in order to protect the identity of the child. The information, however, is a matter of public record.
The girl’s father and mother are being charged because they apparently just didn’t give a damn where their daughter was or what she was doing –or if she was being exploited and raped by a bunch of soldiers and a whorey hussy. They weren’t concerned if she was safe, or being fed, or healthy or sick. It didn’t seem to matter to them whether their daughter was doing drugs and drinking booze. Never mind the common cold –this girl was at risk for much more than that. But, Mom and Dad just turned their job over to someone they didn’t even know, whose house they had never been to, who they didn’t even know how to reach.
In fact, reports indicate that the girl only kept in contact with her mother via text messages. This wasn’t just for a night or a weekend, but for at least two whole months. As anyone with any sense knows, this is just plain deplorable. Anyone can send a text message. How were they even sure it was their girl they were texting with? The parents claim they thought the child was with Rivera’s niece. Whatever.
Court records show that both the father and mother have a history of being stupid. The father has a history of DUIs in both Comanche and Cotton counties along with related charges including driving under suspension, driving with a revoked license, driving without insurance, driving without a tag, and a violation of a protective order. The mother also had a bit on file, including a bogus check and driving without a license plate. Of course, a child is a lot more responsibility than a car. So, from this knowledge, you can see how bad the situation looks. Hopefully, this child will get better care for the remainder of her childhood. If you’re going to be a parent, you have to be a little more than a text message. I think the district attorney is doing the right thing in going after this couple of deadbeats. This child has suffered tremendously because of her parents didn’t own up to their job. Her childhood has been stolen.
