True Crime Book: The Mad Ones by Tom Folsom

Mark Ray Bovard Jr. Likes the “Childern” (sic)

Mark Ray Bovard Jr. is 23 years old. He has a couple of kids, but, according to Bovard, he’s not allowed to see them. This is probably a good thing, considering his criminal inclinations. Bovard has a few MySpace pages. I think he kept losing them, or something, and just gave up and made new ones. The following is a short excerpt from one of those pages:

Kenneth Dyar Wood: A Pentecostal Pervert

Kenneth Dyar Wood, of Danville, Alabama, resigned from his pastoral position at Barnett’s Chapel Pentecostal Church in Morgan County on April 26. The resignation of Wood, 70 years old, was unlikely to have been one of those joyful rewards after a lifetime of respected service. Kenneth Wood was resigning because he had molested a child.
