All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Just because someone is accused, does not necessarily mean they are guilty.
This fact, however, does not diminish the right of the people to hold their own opinion, or their right to express that opinion freely.

Who Killed Caroline Wimmer?

Caroline Wimmer’s mother found her daughter’s badly beaten body face-up on the floor of her bathroom at around 12:30 PM Monday, a cord to a blow-dryer wrapped around her neck. There was no sign of a forced entry. None of her possessions seemed to be missing.

Elizabeth Villa, 13, Was Murdered

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner has ruled Elizabeth Villa’s death a homicide. The thirteen-year-old girl was a seventh-grader at Hutcheson Junior High in east Arlington. A cause of death has not been released, but certain aspects of the scene led police to believe that the death was not natural, nor was it a suicide.

Scott Wright: Another Youth Pastor Arrested

Another youth pastor has been arrested for crimes committed against a minor. According to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, their Crimes Against Children Unit has arrested Scott Dewayne Wright, a youth pastor at the Calvary Chapel in New Port Richey, Florida. Wright has been charged with two felony counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor.

AMW All-Star Finalist: Officer Susan Porcello

A New York City cop with a big heart has been chosen by the public as a finalist in the 2009 AMW All-Star contest, sponsored by Sprint. The contest recognizes outstanding achievements by first responders. Members of the public who voted at the America’s Most Wanted website, AMW.com, recognized Officer Susan Porcello’s humanity in a job that often calls for emotions to be put aside.

Kenneth Wilcox: The Story Get’s Weirder – and More Frightening!

In October and November of last year, I wrote about Kenneth Michael Wilcox, the perverted kidnapper that abducted three Lubbock, Texas children. Wilcox had taken the children on the pretense that he was going to take them with his own child to Six Flags. Longs story short: he dropped his own son off at his ex’s house and took off with the kids. No Six Flags. No food. No proper shelter.
