Little information being released at this time, but it appears that a woman has been murdered. The woman was found dead at 1525 NE 14th Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Police say that her body showed obvious signs of trauma. According to relatives, the woman was twenty years old and three months pregnant. Her body was reportedly found by her boyfriend. Police were called at around 11:30 this morning (Thursday, December 4). The house where her body was found appears to be a duplex.
The exact cause of death has not been released . There are no suspects at this time. The boyfriend was questioned and released. A fifteen year-old was also questioned. More information will be provided as it becomes available.

Woman’s body found this morning in northeast Oklahoma City
This story appears to be yet another example of the perils of being a young, pregnant woman. It is a scenario that is being played out all too often. We don’t know the "whats" and "whys" at this point. We don’t know the "who." I will be very surprised if the results of the investigation veer very far from what seems to be an alarming trend among young mothers-to-be. These young women and their unborn children are all too vulnerable to malevolent forces –forces that would cut them down just as their lives should be beginning.
