Jeffry Thomas Partlow Likes to Hang Around the Kiddies
Jeffrey Thomas Partlow likes to hang around Mommy and Daddy’s house. He’s not there to visit his parents. He likes the view. He even shows up when they’re not home. His parent live at 1637 Lawnel, which is three doors down from Mona Shores Middle School at 1700 Woodside. Partlow likes to leer at the kids from his parent’s window when they get on and off the bus. Partlow really likes kids. In fact, Partlow was convicted of indecent acts or liberties with a child. He has been required to register as a sex offender since 2003 and must continue to do so until 2028.
Partlow’s registered address is 63 Lincoln in Muskegon Heights. But he likes his parent’s neighborhood so much more. Norton Shores police arrested Partlow for loitering near a school and resisting police. They had kept telling him to quit loitering around the middle school and also to stay away from Campbell Elementary School, 1355 Greenwich, in Roosevelt Park. But Partlow just couldn’t resist. He did resist the cops when they tried to arrest him at his parent’s house. Now he’s facing a felony charge. Maybe that will be a good lesson for him.
