Aurelia Gallardo: Mother From Hell
This Tuesday, 24 year-old Aurelia Gallardo let loose a horrible rage against her own child –a four year-old little girl. A very disturbing scene took place that day at a bus stop near the PetSmart at South Park meadows and I-35 in Austin, Texas.
Gallardo violently grabbed the tot’s arm, swinging her into the air. She screamed viciously at the little girl. She yelled things like, “You’re dead to me", "You’re a slut," and "I wish you were dead." The verbal abuse and even the violent arm yanking wasn’t the worst this woman did this little child. When she told the kid she that she wanted her dead, she wasn’t exaggerating. She wanted that kid dead. She assaulted the little girl, pushing her, grabbing her, yanking her around, and yelling very un-motherly phrases. And then her actions spoke even louder than her threatening words.
Gallardo actually threw her own child into the street –into oncoming traffic. A driver of an SUV that was headed straight for the little girl slammed on the brakes. The vehicle missed hitting the little girl. But, the un-mother wasn’t through. She grabbed the little girl by the hair of her head and yanked her from the street. This was no act of salvation. She then threw her little girl into a parked car. The SUV, a tan Suburban, proceeded on its way.
Aurelia Gallardo was arrested and charged with felony child endangerment Bond was set at $25,000. Gallardo now sits in the Travis County Jail.
I can’t help but think about the nature of the words the mother yelled at her daughter. Why would she call a four-year old a "slut?" Why would she use a term so very sexual in nature about her own daughter? Is there something else going on?
Update: By the way, this woman also had two other children (her own) with her. All of the kids are now in the custody of Child Protective Services.

That is so sick. I can't even think of things worse enough to do to that mother. 4 years olds are babies. How could any mother (or anyone else) ever treat a child this way? Hopefully, this child will never have to lay eyes on her sad excuse of a mother again. I hope a very good family get to adopt her.

I don't care if she would have whooped my a$$, I wouldn't have let her continue to berate and abuse that child. I would have made her stay until the police arrived. I'm sorry, but there are some situations you just have to get involved in.
