Michael Theriault Charged With Photographing Little Girl

Michael Theriault, 39, has been charged with two counts of possessing child pornography and six counts of indecent liberties with a child. Theriault was arrested on Tuesday night (September 2). He is being held in the Western Tidewater Regional Jail. Theriault allegedly took nude photographs of a 13 year-old girl. Police were able to gain a search warrant to seize Theriault’s computer.

Theriault has his own website. His main page is titled “Mike Theriault at play.” He shares with his viewers little bits of advice like “Things that have gotten me by this far.” He goes so far as to define integrity, which seems rather ironic considering the charges against him.

Integrity: Always doing the right thing, even when no one is watching and I know I’m not gonna get caught.

Well, it looks like he may been caught because someone was watching. I hope the justice system does the “right thing.”

no it has been continued through out the year. He has now been finally indicted on 2 counts child porn 5 indecent liberties. He has also been re arrested for the rape of his wife. He is now trying to bond out. He thinks because of his security clearance and training in the Navy he is able to outsmart the prosecution.

He has plead guilty to 2 possession of child porn, 3 indecent liberties with a minor and 3 aggravated sexual assaults as of Aug 26. Sentencing will be Nov 20.
