Grand Jury in Weleetka Double Homicide

A private grand jury consisting of multiple counties has assembled to hear testimony to the three men suspected of involvement in the senseless murder of two little girls near Weleetka on June 8. The persons are identified as Toney Kelough Jr., Mike Gaddy and Dustyn Dailey. One of the three men has been jailed in Okfuskee County. The three testified before the grand jury Wednesday. None of the men have been charged thus far. Two others failed to show up to testify. A warrant was issued for their arrest. Larry Peyton Smith and Windy Espinosa showed up today (in shackles) to testify. The public is not allowed access to the hearings.
