Update: Healdton Woman Identified

ConnieThe Healdton woman that died under suspicious circumstances was identified Sunday as 39 year-old Connie Renee Griffith. She was previously known as Connie Whitlock. This death appears to have been a homicide (blunt force trauma). 39 years-old is too young to die. If this is murder, I hope the person responsible pays. (How much is a life worth? He’ll be forever in debt. ) We’ll have more information as it is released.

More information can be found at our previous post.

  • I am very saddened by this. I am so sorry you had to lose your mom this way --and she was so young. I hope the person responsible does pay for this.

My mom did not deserve this. No one does. And the person who did this to her is going to pay for what he did!!!!

I've known Connie most of my life. I was best friends with her daughter since kindergarten. This is horrible for any family to have to go through. Connie wanted to be a grandma her entire life... now she is one, and she wont be there to watch her grandson grow up. I havent spoken with anyone in the family yet, but my heart goes out to each and every one of them.
