Charles Ray Britt was shot to death in the 1100 block of Fillmore Street around 8:30 PM on February 15, 2008. Britt died at the scene from a gunshot wound to the head. There is no known motive for this crime. If you know something –anything, please speak up.
Britt was a husband and father of two. He worked as an electrician and had just begun a new job.
The suspect, who was witnessed fleeing the scene, is described as a black male wearing all black clothing.
